Founder – Dr Farha Choudhary
Dr Farha Choudhary completed her doctorate at the University of Surrey and is currently a senior psychologist in a Central London NHS Trust. Dr Choudhary has many years’ experience of working to support individuals and is passionate about helping others to make the changes they really want.
Having been in clinical practice since 2004, Dr Choudhary is highly skilled at providing assessment and treatment to individuals and couples with a wide array of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, stress and relationship issues. As a specialist in the treatment and service provision for individuals with personality disorder, Dr Choudhary has extensive experience of supporting people with chronic and long-term problems. Coming from an ethnic background Dr Choudhary can provide therapy on issues related to cross cultural dilemmas.
Dr Choudhary is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic counselling, Person-Centered therapy, Mindfulness based approaches and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and can offer therapy in these modalities. She is also undergoing training for Schema Focused therapy and is a specialist at delivering treatment in groups.
Over the last 5 years Dr Choudhary has also specialized in providing consultation and training to practitioners in order to support good practice and effective outcomes. In particular a psychologically informed approach is used to support individuals and teams to work to the best of their ability to improve performance of the work force.

Associate at Revive Psychology
Gayle Gilder is a qualified mental health nurse and probation officer and has over 30 years’ experience of working with complex service users in both mental health and criminal justice settings. She has worked with teams in community, in patient and custodial settings and is skilled at helping individuals understand their own behaviour in order to adapt or change it by using a psychological framework.
By assessing their needs, collaboratively planning a pathway of intervention, implementing an agreed action plan and evaluating it she helps clients with an eclectic range of emotional difficulties. She has a wide range of experience in facilitating Cognitive Behaviour Therapy programmes/ individual intervention and is skilled in motivational interviewing having worked with the Singapore criminal justice system.
She holds a BA (hons) degrees in Community Justice and English Literature, Diplomas in Probation Studies and Counselling and is in the process of completing an MSc in personality disorder.
Ms Gilder has extensive experience in coaching staff and training teams and regularly consults to individual staff with an emphasis on developing resilience. She is passionate about helping individuals/teams to reach their potential within organisations and regularly offers training sessions to implement this.
Dr Sajdah Zaman

Dr Sajdah Zaman is a senior clinical psychologist who is passionate about making a difference to individuals lives. Dr Zaman believes that psychological therapy can help individuals gain a better understanding of their difficulties and allow them to feel empowered to take an active role in implementing change to improve their psychological functioning and their quality of life.
Dr Zaman has over 13 years of clinical experience working in the NHS in a variety of settings working with a wide range of complexities. She has extensive experience in assessing and treating individuals with difficulties such as anxiety, depression, anger, low self esteem, obsessive compulsive disorder, stress, interpersonal and personality difficulties. In her current post she works in a specialist service offering treatment for eating disorders in a North London NHS Trust.
Completing a doctorate in clinical psychology means that Dr Zaman is trained in the main models of therapeutic intervention. Her treatment approach draws on a range of therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, solution focused therapy and she takes on a compassion focussed approach when working with people. She is also undergoing formal training in Schema Focussed therapy.
Dr Zaman completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London. She has an MPhil in Eating Disorders from the University of Birmingham and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Aston University.
